Knowledge transfer activity will be carried out between academia and industry. This multi-sectoral system has an added value for both, as different schools of thought and ways of working will interact. Gathering experience in an SME, while working with the academic sector (and vice versa), is expected to bring career development benefits for the researchers involved in the exchange program.
The following planned complementary skills trainings have been carried out:

1. Ethics in biomedical research.

2. Gender mainstreaming in research and in the workplace

3. Linking Science to Business

4. IP management and Tech Transfer

5. EU project writing, contracting and management
