The secondment exchanges have been arranged and planned to assure that the partners will be fully capable of handling the scale of the expected exchanges plus the new recruitments. Indeed, all of the partner laboratories are already well equipped and both research and management staffs are very experienced and motivated, which provides a good base for the ToK. Moreover, already existing networks between the SMEs and the academic institutions of the consortium secure a rapid and efficient implementation of the project.
During the planning stage for the most efficient staff exchanges a ’supply& demand’ assessment was carried out. The result showed that the composition of this consortium is highly optimal as the offers and the demands are in line, therefore the circulation of the knowledge can be implemented at a very high level in this partnership.
